  SET UP NEW COMPANY  

To set up a new Pty Ltd company, we require a completed contact details page, company order form and a signed consent form from each officeholder and shareholder of the proposed company. Forms may be faxed to our office on (07) 3846 4998, posted to PO Box 5654, West End, Qld, 4101 or emailed to pathold@bigpond.net.au. If faxing or emailing the forms, please retain the original signed consents and place them in the company register when we forward it to you.

Payment methods include cash, cheque, direct deposit, electronic funds transfer, Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Diners Club. We also accept part trade for Empire Trade and Bartercard payments (contact us for trading terms).

On receipt of the above documentation and payment, the company is usually registered within an hour and the completed company register is sent within a 24 hour period – by overnight courier or Express Post.

All our companies include a constitution which allows for sole director/shareholder or multiple directors/shareholders with both voting and non-voting share classes.

All our completed companies are sent out in a brown “leather-look” folder which includes the Certificate of Registration, Share Certificates, Consents to Act as Director and/or Secretary, copies of all ASIC forms lodged, ABN Pack, fully typed register (including minutes), five bound copies of the Constitution and a common seal (if required).
