To set up a new Pty Ltd company, we require a completed contact details page, company order form and a signed consent form from each officeholder and shareholder of the proposed company. Forms may be returned to our office by fax to (07) 3846 4998, posted to PO Box 5654, West End, Qld, 4101 or emailed to pathold@bigpond.net.au.  If faxing or emailing the forms, please retain the original signed consents and place them in the company register when we forward it to you.

On receipt of the above documents all companies are normally registered within the hour and the certificate of registration faxed or emailed to you ASAP.  We now offer two options for the format of your company register.

We still provide the same deluxe product as always.  The great price of $840 still gets you a fully bound company register sent out in a brown “leather-look” folder which includes the Certificate of Registration, Share Certificates, Consents to Act as Director and/or Secretary, ASIC brochures, copies of ASIC forms lodged, ABN Pack, fully typed register (including minutes), five bound copies of the Constitution and a common seal (if required).  These are normally sent out within 24 hours by overnight courier or express post. We are happy to send an additional electronic copy of the company register to clients who would like it at no extra cost.

We are now offering an electronic only company register delivered to you by email within a few hours.  For a cost of $620 you will receive a Constitution, Share Certificates, minutes and register pages and copies of all ASIC forms sent to you as PDF files.

The constitution provided allows for sole director/shareholder or multiple directors/shareholders with both voting and non-voting share classes.

Payment methods include cash, cheque, direct deposit, electronic funds transfer, Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Diners Club. We also accept part trade for Empire Trade and Bartercard payments (contact us for trading terms).
